BusinessWeek.com released its ranking of Top 100 Most Influential People in the World of Sports. BusinessWeek gathered 20 seers from sports and media, giving them several criteria to use to come up with the top rankings. Some of the criteria they used were: their influence on the sport or the world of sport, how individuals rate vs. their peers, and how much money they control. BusinessWeek.com also asked site visitors to vote for their favorite 'power brokers'. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell topped the list followed by PGA golfer Tiger Woods. The list contains league commissioners, chairmen/presidents/CEO's, team owners and professional athletes.
