The Blue Jays are looking to break out of there interleague slump against the struggling Atlanta Braves tonight. So far this season, the Jays are 0-6 when playing National League teams, being swept by both the Colorado Rockies and most recently, the Florida Marlins.
After being recalled the other day, Josh Towers is making his return to the starting rotation. When looking at the starting pitchers numbers this season, it definitely doesn't look like it will be a pitchers duel. Tower's is 1-8 with a 9.00 ERA, while the Braves are sending the Jorge Sosa who's 1-9 with a 5.35 ERA.
Troy Glaus will be making the start at short stop, with Shea Hillenbrand playing third. Shea's bat is needed in the lineup, as the Blue Jays struggled to score runs during their last series against Florida. They scored only 4 runs in three games.
