Rough Rebah Outing for Chacin
Gustavo Chacin had a horrible rehab start yesterday for the Syracuse SkyChiefs. Chacin was on a 65 pitch limit, but didn't get close it. He last 2/3 of an inning, throwing 38 pitches, giving up four runs, four hits and a walk.
