They are 8 games back of the wild card leading Minnesota Twins, with the Chicago White Sox and Boston Red Sox also ahead of them. It doesn't appear that the Blue Jays will be making this season. One thing they might be able to change, is not finishing third in the American League East. They trail the struggling Red Sox by only 2 games.
