After last night's 6-3 victory over the Atlanta Braves, the Jays optioned relief pitcher Francisco Rosario back to the Triple A Sryacuse SkyChiefs. This roster move was done to clear room for the return of A.J. Burnett.
After only giving up 1 run in his first 5 appearances, Rosario struggled a bit, giving up 10 runs in his last 10 appearances. The 25 year old rookie has showed enough promise to warrent a call-up later on in the year.
