Scout Inc., has continued with their ranking of top Toronto Blue Jays prospects by position. Sergio Santos leads the Short Stop rankings despite his struggles this year. 16 year old Balbino Fuenmayor, who has not been officially signed by the Blue Jays is the top ranked Third Basemen. Ryan Roberts, who seen a brief stint with the Blue Jays a few weeks ago, is rated the top Second Basemen.
