Roberts Willing to Return

Gary Roberts would be willing to waive his no-trade clause to return to the Leafs. Would the Leafs be interested in reacquiring him? Most likely, but only if the price is right. Roberts also said we would waive his claus to play for the enemy, the Ottawa Sentors. He also said that he'd sign a one year contract extension with the Panthers.

Pohl Back in Action?

It is looking like John Pohl will return to the Leafs lineup tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers. He has missed the last 3 games with back spasms. The Leafs have lost all 3 of those games, one of them in OT and another in a shootout.

Kris Newbury, who was knocked unconscious last Saturday after taking a couple punches to the head and banging his helmet-less head off of the ice, could be back practicing this weekend.
