Game Day Leaf Notes

J.S. Aubin will make the start between the pipes for the Leafs tonight as they face-off against the Lightning. Carlo Colaiacovo will be in the line up tonight. Maurice has said that players such as John Pohl will be getting more ice time. Pohl has averaged just under 7 minutes of ice time a game, scoring 2 goals and 1 assist in 30 games. Why is he getting more ice time?

The Maple Leafs are 0-7-1 when trailing after the first period.

Since Ferguson signed his contract extension the Leafs are 1-9

Since Mats Sundin returned from injury the Leafs are 0-7. He has 2 goals, 1 assist and is a -7.

Since Pavel Kubina came back from injury and the birth of his child, the Leafs are 2-10. He has only 1 assist and is a -7.
