What are the Leafs chances of making the playoffs after the trade deadline?

Razor to Run the Gauntlet?

It's official now, Andrew Raycroft is the number one goalie and he better be ready to play a lot. From the Toronto Sun; according to Maurice:
"I'm going to run Razor as hard as I possibly can," Maurice said when questioned about playing Jean-Sebastien Aubin tonight against the New York Rangers, the only back-to-back games situation this month. "I think his game is coming along. He won us a game, in my mind, in Tampa and he was solid the other night against Montreal.

This says 2 things; that Maurice has faith in his starting goaltender and secondly, that Ferguson messed up in trading Mikael Tellqvist and not J.S. Aubin. Tellqvist has played in 16 games for the Coyotes, winning 9 games. Tellqvist has a 3.18 GAA, .897 SV% and 1 shutout, on a team with questionable defense. Aubin on the other hand has a 2-4 record, 3.63 GAA, .874 SV% and no shutouts. All the Leafs got out of trading Tellqvist was a minor leaguer and 4th round pick. Maurice obviously doesn't trust his backup goaltender enough to play him in meaningful games. Teams need 2 capable goaltenders, especially down the stretch where some rest can be really important.
