Here is a list of NHL Restricted Free Agents by Team. Dustin Penner (EDM) was the major name last season who was a restricted free agent and signed with another team. The Anaheim Ducks did not match the offer sheet, and recieved a 2008 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round picks. With the unrestricted free agent list not as attractive as previous years (see Top 30 UFA's), teams may take a shot at an restricted free agent.
