Lob City was in full effect on Tuesday night with Chris Paul connecting with DeAndre Jordan on a halfcourt alley-oop. Paul may have had a rough night in terms of turnovers with a seven and had arguably the worst flop of the season while trying to draw a foul on DeMarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings, but pulled off an incredible play following a spin move at halfcourt.
The Los Angeles Clippers were unable to overcome a monster 38-point fourth quarter by the Kings on Tuesday at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento and have fallen to fourth place in the Western Conference standings behind the Memphis Grizzlies as a result.
If the Clippers continue to struggle, the red-hot Denver Nuggets may end up jumping to the fourth spot and knocking Paul and company down to as low as the fifth seed in the West with the NBA playoffs right around the corner.
Even though the Clippers are coming off the disappointing loss, Paul and Jordan connecting for another epic alley-oop is worth another look with the team chemistry between these players only improving on a nightly basis.
